If you feel you would like to make a donation to a Hospital Auxiliary, please forward any donations to the closest Auxiliary in your area.
You can find contact details for most Auxiliaries on the Contact Us page of this website.
If you are unsure of what to do, or require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact Head office.

Suggested wording for a simple gift in your Will to United Hospital Auxiliary of NSW Inc.
“I [enter name] give to the United Hospital Auxiliary ______________ Branch, for its general
purposes, free of all duties, the following:
· [enter percentage] % of my Estate or
· The residue of my Estate or
· Whole of Estate or
· Sum of $ [enter amount] pr
· Property, Real Estate, Shares, etc [enter appropriate bequeath item] or

for which an authorised tax deductible receipt from United Hospital Auxiliary will be a sufficient discharge for the Executor”.
